1Rental Policy
Payments are due in full 15 days prior to the event. Unpaid orders will be canceled 7 days before your event date. Event rentals must be made preferably two weeks prior to event but if last minutes orders are accepted if the inventory is available. Deposits after 25% of your rental fee.
2Pick up/Drop off
You can pick up rentals one day before the event between 12pm-6pm. Rentals are due the next day after your event. $25 late fee for each day rentals are not returned. The renter is responsible for the inventory of the rental. Delivery fees are $50 for all rentals. Delivery fee must be paid with the full payment of the rental fee.
3Damages
Charges will apply for all linens and broken furniture (table and chairs), and missing items. The full amount of the missing or broken item will be applied. We inspect and count all inventory with drop off or pick up.
4Cancellation
You can call or email 7 days before your event and cancel and 15% of your deposit will be returned and the remainder of payment if balance was paid in full. If it is less than 7 days than whole deposit will be kept and remainder of balance will be returned.
